Let's be honest.....

Which achievement is never going to happen for you?
Some of these are easy. I added a avatar to get the badge. Easy.

Which one are you not going to get....

@willyweekly - I would like to never say never but....

It's going to take me a long time to achieve the 15 year service as I'm currently only on 1 year. And there would have to be one heck of a good offer for me to buy 500 cards in one day.

I have at least got the award for buying an outfit on eBay but I'll never get the Virtuagirl achievement as that was a point in time many moons ago.

The following achievements are gonna be hard for me to achieve:

15 Years - (I'll be lucky to get to 10!)
Nice shot - 100 (I wish!)
Nice shot - 500 (Is that even possible?!)
Cosplay (Not for lack of trying!)
Celebrity (Huh?!)
XOXO (Try, fail. Try again, fail better!)
Oktoberfest (Are booster packs available anymore?!)
First One (Maybe, if I stay up all night!)
Lucky Bastard (I am a bastard, just not a lucky one!)
Patron 3000 (I MIGHT make it to 2000!)

I'm gonna try to get 4:20 tomorrow and May 4th is Monday!

The ones I will never get are:
Nice shot 100 and 500, because with a full collection you can't buy that many cards in one day.
Cosplay, because i will never spend hundreds of Euros just on a outfit (maybe if you deliver the girl with the outfit 😂).
Lucky Bastard, because I'm not that lucky to win any jackpot.

The ones doable, but hard:
15th anniversary, because iStripper still needs to exist in December 2026 for me.

The ones doable, but still missing for me:
One-Click, because I don't use that feature.
4:20, because I have to buy at the right time.

There is a slight ambiguity as to whether 4:20 pm Greenwich time means 4:20 Greenwich Mean Time (GMT, essentially the same as UTC for practical purposes) or 4:20 pm civic time at Greenwich which would be an hour different at the moment. I think it probably means GMT, but I am not 100% certain. (If the reference was to Paris time we would expect the Winter/Summer time differences to apply and just saying Greenwich time can be interpreted the same way).

Theoretically it could also be Greenwich in California or Greenwich in Connecticut or any one of a number of other places 😕

I'm going to plump for GMT (or UTC/Zulu) today

At the moment it is 04:45pm (BST - British Summer Time) in London, the same as Greenwitch (BST). I just bought a ticket at 04:20pm (BST), no achivement. So I guess the achivement is actually 04:20h GMT (=UTC/Zulu). If you want to know the difference between GMT (=time zone) and UTC (=time standard), here is a link:
https://www.timeanddate.com/time/gmt-utc-time.html
There you can also find matching watches.

It is now 03:45pm UTC/GMT, try again in 35 minutes.

@wyldanimal - I think we should get an official ruling on this - because in any reasonable circumstance 4.20 would be viewed as existing for 60 seconds until 4.21.

And is it GMT or one of the other Greenwich locations?

Most modern computers use the international standard time reference and a within a milisecond of each other. According to an internet search Windows defaults to updating its clock from the standard every 7 days.

I bought a card at 4:20PM UTC/GMT, which are the same thing! I can only assume that the achievement means Greenwich time, which is an hour ahead! I'm not gonna lose sleep over it! Or any other achievement for that matter. If I get 'em, I get 'em....nuff said!😎

@wyldanimal - I think we should get an official ruling on this
I agree, But that is my guess.
As it is so rare, I think it has to be right at 4:20:00 GMT
The Server seems to time stamp the Purchase using GMT time.
So yes, I agree
Clarification from the Team is needed..

Some members are looking in their history and see they are 5 seconds late 16:20:05
or 10 seconds late 16:20:10
and have not received the Achievement award...

in your History, if you Hover the Mouse over the date, it will display the time stamp to the second.
It's my guess, that it must be exact... 16:20:00
I don't know, I don't have access to how these are awarded
so only the Team can give the definitive answer..

Which time does it mean?

this is GMT time, it states GMT so this is what I would go by.
https://time.is/GMT

this is Paris time

this is my Local time NYC

Comical.

think about the likely 4 20 guy.....

now think about the effort of the 4 20 guy....

To earn this it has to be correct down to the second?

Most 4 20 guys I know are happy knowing the day of the week!!

@Wyld my account history is time stamped with Paris time, not GMT, I am ***** by your example, what time should I be trying for Paris or GMT? It's either 7:20 AM or 9:20 AM Pacific time (my time).

As with @Paintsnudes my account history shows the time stamps as if they were Paris civic time (currently GMT+2, but GMT+1 in the winter) not GMT.

It might be that the timestamps themselves are GMT but converted to my local time for display as Germany and France both use Central European Time/Central European Summer, but @Paintsnudes experience seems to rule that out.

However @Wyldanimal 's post would seem to contradict this - either he is seeing the timestamp as GMT or the text on the badge, and on the description of the conditions for the award we are seeing without the badge, is incorrect and the significant time is Paris local civic time rather than GMT.

@Totem - can you please clarify.

Which time does it mean?

Thanks for the info @Wyldanimal. I attempted to buy the card at 17.20 London time which should have equated to 16.20 GMT. But - the time stamp on the card is showing as 18.20 which I think is Paris time.

well @Rex & @Celine are both from France so it's only logical to assume the time is set too Paris, France for the 4:20pm,

@gkar45 - that would be true but the description of the condition to get the award says 4:20 Greenwich time and after you get it it says 4:20 GMT - which is never the same as 4:20 Paris time (not since France switched many years ago to using CET)

whats the correct time . I'm startin ta pull my hair here & not in the neither regines

@gkar45 - we don't know. The offer says one thing but @wyldanimal 's example shows something different happened when he won one, That is why we are asking Totem to clarify the matter. At the moment it looks like there is a bug either in how the test for getting the award or in the text of its description.
