I JUST GOT THIS PROGRAM TODAY AND I HAVE A SMALL PROBLEM


WHEN THE FREE DOWNLOADS TRY TO DOWNLOAD AFTER ABOUT 10 MINUTES THEY COME UP WITH ERROR... THE CALENDER HAS UPDATED PROPERLY...CAN ANY ONE HELP....

The use of all capitals is liken to shouting. It is totally unnecessary.

I could try to help but I am not going to unless you ask nicely.

sorry i didnt mean to give teh impression of shouting at all... its just my keyboard was on caps and after id typed the whole thing out, i couldn't be asked to type it again... but anyways please help me


p.s by the way i also jsut un-installed itandteh re-installed it, then restarted my laptop after waiting for a while... and now it hasnt even got the downloadsup any more its all gone and now wont download anything

There are a number of reasons why downloads may not work.

The problem may be better diagnosed based on what has (or has not) worked so far.

Did the application download and install okay?
Sounds like it did. When the application started for the first time, did you get a girl, fully dressed, with sound introducing the product.

This is the same mechanism of the models download with. So if that worked the free trailers should work.
If that did not work, then most likely there is a firewall issue at your end blocking the download. Try disabling the firewall temporarily. A free trailer is probably less than 10M, it should only take a few minutes to download.

If the first bit worked, then it is possible that you have a corrupt, models.lst file. In C:/Users/YOURACCOUNT/AppData/Roaming/vghd/Data where AppData is a hidden folder. Stop the software (vghd and the downloader) and delete the file and restart the software.
