So far, I've won the Mega Jackpot twice while the jackpot itself had over 700 credits in it, but no extra credits got credited to my account...
Not going to play again since it doesn't deliver what it promised.

sometimes i just got black cards unclickable .....
this event is fully bugged .

how it is possible in 2020 to not stop event fix and relunch it and just give compensation back for the false positive to player lured ...

I think you Only see the Letters if you Win.
I don't think the Letters randomly show, in a Column on non Joker winning spins.

I got that part - but, for example, can the first wheel show the 'J' while the other wheels show a combination of stars and/or cards?

If the individual letters will only appear if you win that's one thing, if they have a chance to appear on their own it's another, and as a player it's important to know while we weigh whether or not to cut our losses and move on or keep rolling.

SInce so many people have gotten the same problem, I decided to give it one last go to check it out.

As you can see, I gave it one more go just to verify that no credits were given to my account.

That supposed "glitch" in the server earlier prevented me a joker card win when all the letters were aligned. I was freaking pissed to see that white error dialog box appear over the slots. 😫

Now I don't even know if I should continue playing this game. Recharged my credits with the 500 credits package two times for this. I think I will call quits. Sorry Kaisa. 😢

Can I take it that Totem are considering that people actually winning the Megajackpot is a bug and will not be honouring the "claimed" wins that haven't been paid out?

Just want to know so that I won't be tempted to play again and not win another 500+ credits.

I don't recall seeing the number of credits won. Also, I don't recall sound effects but my sound may have been off.

That presumes that each letter can appear on their own - after hundreds, upon hundreds of spins I've never seen a letter. The actual chance of hitting Joker is probably much lower but we don't know because they won't even acknowledge if the letter will appear on their own or only when you win.

Can confirm. I never did see a Joker character in the slot machine the entire time I played. I thought it was going to spell out in the read out area of Lost or the readout pot. I for one don't mind the gambling games for SEC but when the game itself is broken it needs to be pulled and checked out before allow more and more money to be spent with no clear way to get said prize.

So, the only way right now to get the new Kaisa Nord SEC is to get a joker card via the slot machine? Damn... I can't imagine what the odds are for that but you surely need good luck for that. I don't think I will bother.And, btw., once I had accumulated six stars and could push the mega jackpot button, I got the messsage that the servers could not connect and I should refresh and would not lose credits for that pull. What I did lose, however, were the stars without any notification whether I simply got nothing out of the megajackpot or it simply did not connect. Something to fix here.

short update: It seems that I won a joker card but did not see it because of a server glitch. Since I had the server glitch when I pushed the mega jackpot button, I wonder if that means you can win joker cards through the mega jackpot button? Or is the result of another glitch with a really excellent outcome for me? Not sure, but in any case I am happily retiring from the game, since getting the Kaisa card was my only objective here.
Since I am not listed among the joker card winners, it seems that this wasn't somehow a regular win, but how, I have no idea. Has anyone had a similar experience?

There is definetely something wrong with the game or the server. Sometimes stars will appear and the disappear before you recieve the credit. Thew dials will stop, display the result and then suddenly change after a couple of seconds.

had 5 start, did a spin got 2 stars on that, but after going for the mega jackpot... the 6th star never filled in on the first star spot when it emptied...

do you automaticly loose whatever starts you have over the 6 star limit?

Yes, if you have 5 stars and get a 2-star reward you'll roll 6 for Mega and the 7th is lost.

OK, I like to play these iStripper slots usually because i'm bored and have a little fun winning some and losing some. Today i was a fool and lost over 1300 credits and have nothing to show for it. I am sure that something was broken on it this morning when everyone was ***** about it. It was acting oddly and i swear there was no Joker cards on it at all. Later on it seemed to be less screwed up , but the damage was allready done to my credits and i finally decided to call it quits. Not too much fun this time.

Can someone comment on the SEC itself? My Joker card from the Premium signup is glowing red for Kaisa Nord But I would really like to hold out and see if I can win during a scrtatch game(always had the best luck with SECs on that game.)
