I would give a few more hours. Its 6am here and its been around 9am before a card was released before I write today off as a no show.

Normally cards get released at 10am Paris time and it's already 12pm Paris time.

Try the Store.

It is showing in there but for some reason is not appearing on the Featured Tab - Releases Carousel.
