Some of the weekly games offer the chance to acquire a joker card that you can exchange for a special event card and other games you can win the card start out. Please remember these are all games of chance and the odds of you actually winning one are not in your favor but it can happen. I aqcuired all my cards after they were released and didn't spend a fortune but you mileage will vary. Hopes this helps.
