- What's the stance on refunds on either unused credits or models bought?
- How do you vertically raise all models as a default setting? The guide mentioned it but I couldn't see the option.
- Does using 3k models on a 1080p monitor affect quality? I assumed it does due to some supersampling
- Does using 3k models increase cpu usage compared to 1080p or does the resolution rely mostly/only on the gpu?

Your first question is answered in the EULA and TOU which you ahev already agreed to when signing up. To reread it go to settings (the cog wheel in the top bar) and scroll down and click on show licence.
2) To adjust the size of the models go to settings and look for the setting called "Small size" and move the slide bar to your prefered setting, maximum is 60%.
3 and 4) Yes a little bit.
