@Lamk Hi, Our Customer Support is available from Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm Paris Time. ( Office Hours) It takes one day max to respond ( except the weekends). Please note that I was away for Christmas so it will take a bit longer,sorry about that. No worries, I have just replied to your ticket/17694 Happy New Year! : )
