I know with today's Cara Mell show quite a few people were expecting the new format. I know there are still several cards that are the old format. I believe the new format will be everything shot after Tina Kay. So assuming that, here's a list of the old format and please correct me if I am out of bounds here Totem :p

I remember in the back stage that Cara Mell was dancing around a pole with the red lingerie that is in her next xxx scene. Me thinks that card will be a hybrid...so maybe they mixed and matched hybrid with old format. I wish totem would be open about this but I bet they will make more money if they are quiet, and that will be their angle.
