Last year there was a nice discount sale on Black Friday and I am hoping there will be another one this year. So I've saved some money for it. My plan is to buy a couple thousand credits when (if) the sale starts. That's why I'm asking if there is a limit to how many credits I can purchase in a 24 hour period?

You can't exceed an account balance of 10000 credits. That's the only limitation.
