If i own the card but its not downloaded too my harddrive will i recieve an option to download it at a higher resolution if it gets updated?

Indeed, there won't be any more resolution updates for a and c series cards originally in 720p only as far as I'm aware. I asked the same about 12 months ago. They are concentrating on 1080p to 3K where the camera equipment allows and also colour enhancement for existing resolutions of the same card.
