Possible to disable sounds altogether?

Is it possible to disable ALL sounds, not just music? I don't see any options in Desktop, Full Screen, Music, or Advanced to disable the sound on the shows that are playing. I also searched the FAQ and the forums and didn't return any results for such a request.

Thanks in advance.

I do not remember what version first has this function.

Go to 'Sound & Music Settings'.
On the right is 'Settings'.
Somewhat down the list is 'Sound enabled on desktop'.
Remove the check mark if there is one.

In an older version it is elsewhere.

Also, in the 'Desktop Settings', you will see 'Sound' in the lower right corner.
Remove the check mark from 'Sounds enabled'.

The easiest way is just to disable the speaker in your PC/laptop. Click on the speaker symbol (usually in the bottom right part of your PC/laptop) and chose the option to deactivate sound. I use this all the time.

Thanks for the replies, gents. I just upgraded to 1.2.0.52 and there's a new item under "Sound & Music" for "Sound enabled on desktop" and "Sound enabled in full screen", as well as "No sound in small size". The previous version of the app I had didn't have those three options available at all.

Cheers!
