To me, the real Bait and Switch is
1)Totem telling their loyal long-time customers in July to keep their subscriptions renewing and all will be well*; and then
2) in late October, after those customers have renewed for six more months (in September in my case), patiently waiting and not getting any new cards under the subscription contract for several weeks because they already have them all; and
3) saying for the first time, well those new high-res cards we have been working on all this time are not available to you. (and Totem won't be making any other kind any more).
@Rex;I do read the forum, including the note you addressed to so many of your best customers, telling them of their remedy: basically, kiss off. You need not respond. I get it.
- "If you like your subscription, you can keep your subscription. Period."
or something like that, right?
