Is anybody else getting a "Not Authorized" message, when they click on the most recent DB card videos? Any solution?

I'm using the latest DB version.

Thanks for any assistance.

Through the website, both purchased and un-purchased DB cards videos are viewable. However, through the software I get told that I have to buy the card. Could be because you'd have to download the video...

Never got 'unauthorized' though... Where are you clicking from?

2 questions. 1. What kind of a computer do you have? For example dell, apple. and 2. Dou get a download app to come up on the video? I'm not getting that download problem, that you have. And I did just play 1 of my card's videos. I hope that you can fix this problem Hemicuda. I hope these 2 questions help too. Davrwei062179 out.
