Removing obsolete folders from Data folder Forum / Everything about iStripper

The data folder holds folders for
a. cards in our collections,
b. other cards we do not have for the models in our collections,
c. and for models in our demo carousel.
But this folder does not get cleaned up as things change. Demo folders remain after the model is no longer in our carousel. Unneeded files remain in the folders when we buy a card.
I have a command batch file to clean up my folders (very specific to my setup) but it would help greatly if I could read the demos.lst file. Does anyone know how to interpret what is in this file?
