Hello people

I have yet another question for you.

It is about the Classic cards.

I've noticed that the girls are all over 30 years old would anyone know why this is so because in normal maps because the girls are obviously still young or very young.

Best regards

How you like the Classic tickets!

The classic cards are based on outfits from older websites. These websites are closed. Totem Entertainment has decided to redo a lot of the outfits (and girls) that first appeared before the current website even existed.

Each classic card is a series of usually 5 outfits of one girl, sometimes with a duo. Also, the original material from which the classics came is really tiny animations.

They are much bigger in the classics than they were in the original format.
(I do wish that Totem would redo lots more of the older girls).

"all over 30 years"

They were much younger when they filmed the content for the classics. Remember these are cards originally made from about 1998 to about 2006.

The new VGHD format was released in 2007 and some of the early VGHD models also were released in the old format before that.

What I especially like about the classics are the great outfits. Now it's almost only simple two piece top and bottom stuff coming out.

I agree with jununger, the outfits and sometimes accessories are better/more imaginative. I don't care what age a girl is by the way, as long as she looks great ;-)

I would Like to see some more mature models grace our screens.
"30's", "40's", and even 50's"
Some of the models, just seem too young looking for my taste..

The good thing about Totem, is they do provide Diversity.
so there is something her for just about everyone.

I just wish they would break out of their MOLD more often..
instead of delivering so many that seem like a MOLDED repeat of the last card..

On topic,

I couldn't select an answer from the poll.
I love the classics.
When they were first released, they are, what got me hooked on VG.
so having them back, is like being reunited with your high School Sweet heart.

Ahh the memories

But still missing is my Favorite of all... Oh where oh where is she??

The Outfits, the Dancing, the Tease, the magic, the special effects. They had it all.
There was just something in the classics that sometimes is missing today..

Yes I wish the Images Quality was as good as the product is today.
but knowing the tech side to it.
The Classics are GREAT compared to when they were first released.

For Me, If there were no VGHD to compare too,
I would still Buy every remastered Classic and be in Awe of how good they look now.

They're Great! They are the History.

Wondering now: is there somewhere in the forums here a bit of information about these Classics? How old are they and which ones are remastered by now and which aren't? And what makes the card one of the Classics? Is it just an age or something more...

It would be interesting to know...

I like them, even though they aren't in HD (if the team of Totem were able to enhance the quality would be great)

I like them because of the diversity of outfits, it's also cool to have mature women, they have the experience the youngs haven't yet

I voted the 2nd option. I enjoy classic cards there are plenty of good shows no matter the age they still looking good always.

Now since we are talking about classic cards I´d like to suggest 2 ideas:

1).- I think Totem should consider to include classic cards into the carousel too.

2).- Software should include an independent size control for the classic cards.

I totally agree with MAVERICK302 about the software having an independent size control for classic cards

Right now Classics are restricted access. Gold members have access to those cards through the Store for 1 credit. So, how to put them onto demo carousel? Rules have to be changed, but this would mean voting and it is likely to end another ***** war between members [;-).
On the other hand Classics quality is not the best. So, many of the new members would be have no interest in them. Besides, they would not know, how to evaluate the historical side of these cards.
My oppinion is that they're Great, but maybe it's better to keep them for collectors, for those guys who can really appreciate their true value.

I voted for 1 option, but I think that the second one would be better for these cards.

For me I like them you get three outfits. And they are any where ten years older and just look as good. As they did when they first started. For some of my favorite girl I would like to see them in the classic card. Remember these are collectors.

I voted for option 3.

There are many good things about the classics. The outfits and girls are varied and nice. But the video quality is not good enough for me.

i voted for option 1. i like the classics very much, good performances, more variety of outfits.

the quality of the animations is for sure poorer than now in vghd. but you must know the classics are remastered from the original tapes. and if you know the original size of the animations from vg2 and look at the size now from the classics - and you can size them up to 180% - i can say Totem has made a great job with the classics!

i hope one day they made the card i'm waiting the most.
