Recently, I baught a booster pack (Stockings) and today when I display booster pack page, the stockings booster pack no longer has the same cards. So I was wondering if I buy it again, what cards will I get, those I already have or new ?

None of the cards in a user's collection will appear in a booster pack for that user. Each booster pack is unique to each user.

Each Booster Pack is Created on the FLY from the Cards you Don't Already Own.
There must be at least 10 Non-Purchased cards from a given category, for you to see a Booster pack.

So each Booster pack will contain Cards that you Don't Already have.

Example:
Big Boobs.
If you Don't own 115 of the Big Boob cards,
You can Purchase the Booster pack 11 times.
And Each Time you will get 10 Different cards in it.
After the 11th purchase, you will only have 5 unowned big boob cards, not enough for another booster pack.

Can the cards in the booster pack be chosen or you just get what's there and you don't already have?

So that's a cheap way to expand your collection.

When I select the payment for a booster pack, it says that I'm getting a membership. Will it be some kind of monthly subscription? Or is it just a one time purchase?

With a booster pack you will only pay the displayed cards (one time purchase).
There is not a monthly subscription for the booster packs.
