Damn, I found this page too late, I have 3 of her 5 cards (if Im correct), but was about to buy all and had really unpleasant surprise that other cards are not for sale anymore, well, all I can say is good luck to her with her new life and Im really glad that I got at least 3 of her cards, also I hope that it wont become a habit to all the girls...

You need to ask Customer Service to remove any card you have from her that is not playing and also ask for a refund. They will give you one credit for each card lost from her. Also that for Camilla and Miss Roxx, if you have some cards of them not playing anymore.

Do your shows still play? Are you just missing card images?

If so you just need someone to send you the card images.

If shows do not play you need to message Celine for a refund and that will remove the non functioning cards.

No, Celine should not be contacted about this or any other staff member.

All inqueries should go to Customer Service.

Please, DMon1981, stop sending people to Celine. She is a last resort in case something is really weird with one user's account. There's a customer service in place to deal with all the common troubles.
