Certainly there is one (or more) somewhere... Though, I am not sure why. I have an error where my collection is empty (missing over 170 cards incl vghd and db). Anytime I try to syncronise it is syncronising fine, but fails to update rights. Since failing my collection only displays a message :"Your collection is empty." When I contacted the customer service, I was given a standard solution pasted from the website's customer service section. It was kinda obvious that it was not gonna work... I still tried - it didn't. I replied the case for another solution... I got exactly the same message. I was pretty sure that nothing has been done on db's side, someone hadn't had a clue and gave us a dumb answer (this one took about 2 days). I still chanced it, of course did not work. I replied again within the same case - no response for days, then it came eventually. Again same ***** as previously. I got fed up, opened another case over this with a script that wasn't very nice about the service level. The following day I got an answer that they are so sorry, their support team is working on this. As this was about after 2 weeks I dared to ask the question: How much longer? Another 2 weeks have passed since and I still haven't even got an estimated time for the resolution ("within 24 hours"?!?!). If there is anyone at that place called customer service monitoring this forum who can actually read and speak English, furthermore, actually understands my issue, could they please DO SOMETHING??? I could really appreciate it after about a month!!! If this isn't gonna happen, I am affraid I will have to find some torrent place to get a solution.
