I've tried using a Vanilla Gift card by VISA to buy cards. I've tried all 3 ways to use the gift card but it says declined. I check the VISA website and the card has money on it. Need help.

some gift cards do not work on the web. but if you call the 1-800# on the card and talk to someone then they can take that block off. most of the time.
