If I reinstall my windows on the same machine can I reinstall virtua girl and have it work without having the too many installs flag come up? What I'm trying to say is does VG lock to my machine like windows or is every reinstall of VG on this machine going to have to be reset? Thanks and Regards Al

hello @undun, for that then you must uninstall with the uninstall VGHD and have the internet connection. made carrefool to not delete your collection ;-)
now if for one raison that not work and you have the message (too many install) just made one post here and my friend's Modérator's made for you for you can install.

Thanks for a reply, When I've tried to remove VG before it would try to phone home on removal but the firewall or something stopped it from working,I guess when I reinstall I'll try to disable the firewall first. Thanks again! Regards Al

@Undun,

There iis a specific topic at the top of the bugs & fixes category for exactly the purpose that Alere refers to.

You currently have two installs active, so if the uninstall does not work properly, you will indeed get the "Too Many Installs" error message.

If so post in the topic and it should be dealt with within the day maybe even within a few hours!
