I had created an account and bought a few of these shows several years ago, and I finally decided to reinstall this program on my new computer. Unfortunately, I do not remember my username/password for my old account. Is there some way to recover this information using my email address or some other information? Thanks.

@SimpleJay, if you don't have any third party billing information in an email which contains your user and password info, you need to contact a member of totem team, they have purple stars by their names, or contact a mod, they have a blue star. Try and provide them with what info you have. But don't put email info on the forums send it in a PM.
