Got a message from Totem saying that I had a refund for 3 cards that I had bought like a week ago or so, however I didn't ask for any refund. The message also stated that if I didn't ask for the refund myself, it could have been a third party biller or a bank, or whatever, but that I could contact Totem CS to get details and such... however, there isn't any way for me to actually contact Totem CS cuz it doesn't exist, far as I can tell... any help from a mod regarding how I can get some details and resolve this issue would be awesome. Thx.
