I bought a recurring subscription using a pre-paid debit card. The next month I renewed with a different card. Which was on 4/2/11. I got the email conformation of my purchase and said the next billing date is 5/2/11. But the account has not updated. It still shows it as the next bill date as 4/2/11.

I still was able to get the girls for this month that I paid for. No credits showed up on the account as well. I went to the customer service section. There was only one place that was close to helping me out.

It told me to copy and paste my email conformation. But doing that would mean I would be sending information on a non secure http. Instead of sending it on a secure https. Which mean my account information would be available to anyone that would want to get it.

I am leary about doing that. Because a hacker may be able to use that info. To do things like: changing passwords, buying credits with credit cards with zero money in them, etc... If I am going to send personal account info to someone in customer service online. Then I want to use a secure https to send it. One that use a 128 bit like your billing service does.

Now I am not saying that you must change things and give us a secure https for sending such personal information. Even though I would appreciate it if you would. But you do not have to do it. I just want to know how can I get the credits that I paid for and have my account updated to the new date.

Can you provide details of your subscription, by PM if you prefer so we can pass it onto Totem?

I have escalated, but I am sure the team will need more info.

Totem tells me that your subscription is OK now and that you are downloading cards.

Is all OK?

I just renewed my subscription yesterday (6 mo. option) after an ***** and have not seen my bonus credits added to my account. Can anyone tell me how long this usually takes. Thanks.

I should add that my account status does reflect that I now have a current subscription, just no bonus credits were added to my account. Thanks again.

Sorry for the multiple posts. I wasn't sure where I needed to ask. As for the bonus credits being for first time only subscription, if that is the case it should state that at the subscription page. But again if it did state that and I missed it, I apologize again. But in any case, no problem (still loving the product) and thanks for the replies DMon1981.
