At the top righthand side of the app's window is a line of icons, they have pop-up descriptions if you hover your mouse pointer over them. The settings menu is accessed via the cogwheel icon. The "i in a circle" next to it provides access to a tutorial and the user manual.

you first must install the App on your PC

Download it from Here

The First time you Open it, you will see this
DO NOT click continue....
Make Sure you click the Text already a member Login Here...

then fill in your Username and Password.

Pictures 3-5
IF you did install it and Accidentally Clicked Continue.
then It Made a NEW user.

you will have to Re-Register using Advance Settings.
