Does the "Full Show" include the trailer?

Simple question: Does the Full show include the trailer? Since they seem to be downloaded separately, I am guessing not? If the full show does not include the trailer, how does one obtain the trailer without deleting the full show?

For me, it includes the trailer, because the trailer is a sample of the full show without nudity.
