When I first started using Virtuagirl, I bought 2 cards to try out - No. 567 Love Cruise, and No. 321 Majestic View. Since then I've bouguth a few more cards to play around with, but for some strange reason those 2 cards will still not download, they don't work. Can anyone please advise on what I should do exactly? Many thanks in advance.

First off it depends on when you downloaded your VG installer open it up and make sure you have the .75 version or the cards will not work

Cards 321 and 567 are quite old, so they cant depend on latest version of the player.
@Kreidas - if you are able to download and play full shows of rest of your cards - probably you have to contact support for these two, or dig very deep ;) in the forum, there a lot of users with some kind of card problems, personally I never had such problems.

Hi Kreidas are the two cards greyed out like in the picture if so then
you just need to delete the model animation files from the pop up window
then redownload from the same window it should be quite fast as its just
the model data file that redownloads and not the full show which is
probably in your app/vghd folder but has a corrupt data file this happens
now and then when the rights servers lose connection which the team have
been having some problems with lately :)
