I have 41 cards and all I see in the collection is demos and can not see the full shows how do I fix this and tech support did not help at all

I did that and still no cards in my collection the only cards are the
demo cards

hello @JAMESLwhit made again what CV ask you, is possible that not work the first time. made then several time.

The other common problem is that you have reinstalled the software and created a new account. If you go to the advanced tab, is the same account listed there as you are using here? JAMESLwhit and/or v11971410?

If the account is different you will not be able to see you collection.

I fixed the issue with it, I had to uninstall it and then reinstall it lost all my cards but I guess that is a price you have to pay cause I don't think there is a way to get them back

you don't loose your cards all you have to do is go to advance settings page on your downloader and right click the update tab and a plus sign will appear click on this it will pop-up a window asking if you want to rebuild your collecion click OK. then let the downloader alone until it finishes it's rebuilding then go to your collection window and they should be back
