Recently i had Registered VirtuaGirl online. A Few Days ago i installed VirtuaGirl with a new account (not realising that i now had 2 different folders & accounts). I have all of the Data Models folders backed on External USB HardDrive. Is there some way i can merge both the Models off of both accounts into one Working VirtuaGirl Install, or even better (If possible) merge both accounts into one online account?

Also when i try to re-registered my 2nd account it says "This account cannot be used on more than 1 machine" but i don't even have a working 1st copy. It is just a standard install & when i use my Username/password i keep getting that "This account cannot be used on more than 1 machine" error. At this point i am at a loss & cannot access the last 11 Girls that i have purchased.

Am i stuck using my old (original) account, do i have to reinstall completely in order to get my new girls? I have deleted all Registry Values that have Totem, VGHD, VirtuaGirl, etc. Then reinstalled the software after removing the registry entries. Heeeeeeeeeeeeeeelp, i am lost.

At this point it is looking like i need to reinstall completely... I hope to hell not, but it seems that way :-S

Thanks for taking the time to read This,
KuRT

Sounds a little bit worry.

1. You can't merge collections of different accounts by your self.
2. You can install vghd (for 1 specific online account) on two different machines. After that you have to contact customer support to reset the counter. E.g. if you bought a new machine etc.
3. To get solved your Problems you have to contact customer support in any case.

I'll point Celiné (CS) on this thread but you can also use the Help section .... for the "too many installs" problem you have to go here:

http://www75.virtuagirl.com/csIndex.php?csCatId=13

choose "I received an error message stating 'too many installs'" and fill in the online form.
