Trouble with downloads...at a loss... Forum / New users corner

I have 4 cards that are stalled in downloading. They are:
559-Jenni Gregg (Cocktail Party) in collection since 2010-05-30
583-Melisa (Hot Waitress) in collection since 2010-05-30
552-susan (Sweet Day) in collection since 2010-06-06
457-Morgane (Ipanema Club) in collection since 2010-06-07
I have tried the refresh of the girls and nothing. Can anybody tell me what's up with these 4? All the others downloaded fine...these are the only 4 I have issues with.
There is also 1 card card in my collection that has downloaded and say it is posted, but when I check my list on the site, she is not listed...yet in my app window she shows as her show downloaded and has a date of 2010-06-09. That card is 585-Melisa (White Swan). The play button and the check box are grayed out.
Any help is appreciated.
