Hello I am a new member and I have a question. I just paid for a subscription and I have 4 cards that downloaded earlier this week as demos. Will those cards never download as full shows because they are in my collection as trailers? Also one of my full shows is grayed out and I cannot activate it. anyone know why?

the greyed out card you can't activate is your full show for tomorrow.
About the trailers...don't worry. They will eventually come as full shows if you keep your subscription going.

Oh ok I see. Thanks for the quick reply. For some reason I get my updates at night. She has been grayed out since yesterday. Anyway to change this?
