Is the ability to see and purchase booster packs based on your account status, or something else?

When I first created the account (before purchasing tickets) I saw many booster ads and could navigate to the booster pages. My first purchase were some tickets, then a booster. I had planned on buying more boosters; however, after the first booster purchase I could not purchase more boosters and never see the ads anymore, nor can I navigate to the pages now.

I thought they might disallow the purchase of boosters until I bought more tickets, but after purchasing a second batch, the boosters remain elusive. Does anyone know if booster access is tied to something else like, time (ie. one per week, per month, etc.) or subscription vs member, with a teaser booster purchase for new accounts?

I think you just must wait.this week they have some problems with the booster pack.Just try on time a day.And if don't work,go to "HELP" section and ask what you need to know.

Nope, booster packs are available to everyone, no matter what. Only those that have full collections or with not enough cards left to buy from any given category can't see the booster packs in the website.

That link does indeed lead to the big boob booster page, however it only displays the booster tag and not the model grid (it's a empty frame).

I previously purchased a blond booster from the "same" page; however, I ended up having to get a refund of the purchase through customer service, becuase it was "unavailable" to me.

There are some major problems with the booster pak system at the moment so be patient, the team knows of this and are working diligently trying to fix all the problems.
So until it is fixed, I would not recommend trying to buy any boosters at all.

Thanks for the information folks. Like I said I ran into an issue purchasing one that took five working days to sort out (many thanks to celine for resolving my issue). Hopefully they will announce the news, when the issues with boosters are fixed.

@Oquijan, Beardy is right. I would go further & say do not buy anything from new website at the moment until this is sorted out. I received a threatening PM from Totem System instead of a refund and they have even taken away all my ticket credits now which have nothing to do with that purchase. Its all back to front and *****. Only buy from old website, if you must.

I see. Well, guess normally booster packs are for everybody to buy. Lol.

I can't tell anything about buying in the new website, never did that, but i wonder if everybody is experiencing the same troubles. The OP can't even see the boosters and i can see all of them and the buying pages too.

On the other hand, weird things are happening. My trailers are different in both websites. The older site show some under the proper tab, but i get different ones in my software. Good thing i'm not currently suscribed or i'll be going crazy. I'll keep my credit card stored, though, until all this mess is fixed and running properly. ;)

Yes, I can't navigate to the booster page (goes to regular join page)or seem to get the booster ads in the old site (since my first purchase).

I can navigate to the page on the new site, and I have reported the lack of the model card grid (graphic with included models) showing up (in both firefox and IE).

I am new to the product and therefor asked my question. I sincerely appreciate the feedback.

Please realize the "new site" is only for testing purposes at this time and that means there could still be things wrong there or not in place as of yet so I would not recommend any buying at all on the new site as of yet, not until it is released as ready to go.

If you can see the grid but no models in it, that would mean to me that it is not set up to buy there as of yet so I wouldn't chance it at all if it were me.
If I see nothing in the grid, that would mean to me that I would be buying just that, nothing ... lol, so again I say, please don't take that risk until the new site is up and running.

The new web site is in a testing phase. I understand that. That is why I have not made any purchases via the new web site.

I will wait until someone at Totem Entertainment posts to state that the web site is up and ready to receive customers (or something like that). I hope it will work well at that time.

However, I am able to see the boosters (except for Duos).

Yes, you will probably see lots of things there that have to be put in place but that dosen't mean that all is working for that particular thing so please, again I say, do not take the chance

My issues were all sorted out thanks to Celine. There is no problem with purchasing anything now provided you ONLY use the old website for buying. C'mon Friday!

I follow the links only to be told that boosters are not avalible to my account. I feel your *****. My first purchase was a booster but ever since old website or new I have not had acess to the boosters. If anyone hears of a fix please post.
