Am I able to interact with the models I can't find the interaction button in the preferences. Also am I able to have the option of being notified by email when a my post is answered?

What you mean with "interact with the models"?
There is a local menu on right mouse button when pressed over a show.

@godfather77, if you have a show playing and you move your pointer
to the girl( like on her body)and right click a whole bunch of options come up.This works on FULL SHOWS(Shows you bought and down-
loaded).You don't receive "e-mails"about your posts,unless,you want
to give your e-mail address out to everyone.Just click "My Profile"
and click on posts and it takes you right to your last post.If any-
one has responded,you'll see it :) Any other questions,we're all
glad to help.

I'm not a new member, but I have a question.
Yesterday I downloaded a couple of bonus videos from my collection, but today I can't. Any one know why. I can't find any way to contact coustomer service so I'm asking here.
