Did Chems request to be removed?I own all her cards, but there is a note on her bio saying no longer available.

I checked the website models page, and could not find Chems.
I checked my collection in the app, and then one card page.
'No longer available' is shown.
Also, there is no 'other cards' for that card.

It does seem that Chems is gone.

How many cards did she have? In 720p, I presume. Were there any shows in 480p?

I have no idea. I didn't get to buy any card with this model.

unfortunately yes, with no warning ahead of time...... 😕 sometimes the vids stay up but not all the time and are eventually removed too.

I understand the rights of the models to be deleted, but we don't even have the right to be notified.
Do we need a legal process in court to be informed? Are we good only to be milked by money?
Be reasonable with your customers too!

Just like other removed cards: if you have them, you can continue playing them.
If you have a refund, you won't be able to play them anymore.
If you don't have them, you can't buy them anymore.

I have some credits saved up for moments like this, when models remove thier shows, but how am I supposed to know which one to buy without notice :( I can't afford to buy all the cards at this time, 5000+ is alot. This is why we should invest time and money in actual physical stuff instead of virtual, cuz you don't actually own it and it can be pulled down at any time.

I bought a real (physical) video from this company.
This was on January 6, 2006.
This is probably the only time I ever used an international money order.
(I never use checks)

It would be wiser to invest time and money into real girlfriend for sure, but even she can just take them and leave 😆

Just like other removed cards: if you have them, you can continue playing them. If you have a refund, you won't be able to play them anymore. If you don't have them, you can't buy them anymore.

If you already Own and have them Downloaded, then noting changes for you.
They are still part of your collection to watch and enjoy. ( make sure to back up the Models and Data folders )

If you purchased them, but have not yet downloaded them.
try to Download them.. if you can, then Back them up.
( I just tested them - they can still be downloaded as I write this )
If you can't, then you will have to ask for a refund.

@Wyldanimal I just checked my Chems collection. I have lost the full size images from a0475 and a0476.
Is their any way to reacquire these ?
If not, I'll recreate them from the photo galleries.

Chems (five cards) are now gone from my collection.

I know that you keep the cards you already have but I have a wishlist with more that I wanted to buy. Due to money or space concerns I haven't been able to empty the list and some of them are no longer available and you can't possibly predict which one will be next; that is my problem. I don't blame the team for not announcing it in advance cuz that makes it counterintuitive for the model in question if she wanted less attention, but something has to be made in advance with the current girls to prevent such further issues, which seems to be more frequent as time goes by.
Also I lose sleep over my backup external drive breaking and losing my collection without another way to get the unavailable shows again, how many backups is enough backup :(
