Cards play in small size after restarting the app or first time

Is it not possible to play the cards in Full size always. So once the app is launced first time or restarted then it will retain the full size instead of us to enlarge it. Can it not be set in the settings, or I'm missing anything.

You miss nothing, the default size when the app is launched is the small size, in order to play multiple girls at the same time.
