It must be monitored carefully and the published cards with all the accompanying material must have the highest quality. If a mistake happened, and a customer's critic upon this had been brought to the team, the issue must be solved very soon, not as soon as possible. There is no justified reason to postpone any kind of issue!
The lower resolution of the bonus photo of a new card like the one of Hot Pearl, published yesterday, in the format - photos size 2004x3003 in portrait mode, 3003x2004 in landscape mode - is not acceptable, even for long time members and collectors.
I could not believe that I must post a word on this new old issue with a little modification in the lower resolution!

Why did the team (Celine) announce five days ago that the zip file will be corrected within 24h? You should also take into account that your members are spending their time on your services on weekends and holidays. Don't forget that the team has stated 4500x3003 as the normal size of the photos since few years. So we can expect this size for all the shows released today. It's a question of consistency.

Here we're talking about a standard format of 3003x4500 and 4500x3003 recognized by the team.

We simply point out dimensional problems that don't correspond to this standard, so that they can be corrected.

We want to take team members at their word when they tell us that this will be corrected by X date, and of course are disappointed when this doesn't happen.
