Do you have any evidence that there has been any significant change in the number of long time customers that are leaving. It seems to me that there have been a few who have said that they might be leaving but over the years I have seen many of those actually remain. This effect will can not be seen immediately as the price increase is also not in effect yet. You need a specific period of time after the increase in order to make a reasonable statistic. However, what already is known is, that once people start leaving and go to alternatives, the chances of them comming back are very smal.
, or was likely to have, a negative effect on their profitability
Yes - but that does not imply that they were not beneficial.
I doubt I would consider your opinion more valid than mine and certainly don't consider your opinion as fact.
my opinions are limited to my perspective and experience
I assume that I will have to buy the 227 remaining original low resolution cards to achieve Elite Status. ...
I'm surprised that these cards are even being considered in the total, as they are virtually unwatchable, and the models are minute!
The Nostalgia of these collectable cards are worth every penny.
I'm confident that a good chunk of users left when hentai shows did not make the poll
But I’d appreciate if the old shows would at least stay at their old prices (after all they are already done production-wise and often have lower quality, and this weighs heavier than increased server/energy costs etc.).
all of which affect the older cards as much as they do the new.
So you would also prefer it if the newer shows had an even bigger price increase than they have had.
Where did you see such a proposal?
it is a logical conclusion from the post I was replying to which
1 - accepted that a price rise was inevitable
2 - wanted it not to be applied to all the cards
But could only start on published cards from September.
"I like money....."I like what I can do with it
how on earth would you justify to them that a card published on the 1st of September was much more expensive than those published the week before? That explanation would be hard enough in September let alone a year or two year from now.How do you justify that if someone has already paid for credits that in their account they will instantly "lose 20%" on September 1st?If you wanted to have that same overall effect but nly applied the price increase to new cardsWhy wouldn't they just increase the price for new credit purchases? Would it look too expensive for new members to join?
Why wouldn't they just increase the price for new credit purchases? No, thanks
Is it me alone, but it seems we have been reverted to triple-diamond status...?Not just you. To be more specific: only the message has changed back to triple diamond. The status has never been Master yet, only the message was saying that.
Because if you only can buy a SEC with Joker-card after the Special Event, I don`t see the point for Joker-cards.
Joker cards are just about the best prizes that you can win in the games, significantly better than a SEC.A Joker card provides a way to obtain any SEC that you want - this includes the SECs that were released at times that you could not participate in the games - including the SECs that were released before you installed iStripper or had even heard of it. Also, if you win a joker you can choose not to continue with the game and still get the SEC if that was why you are playing or you can use it for the SEC from a later game wthout having to play that game at all.
I don`t see the point for Joker-cards.
