Is it just me,or has thee been a lot of "Camea Issues" lately. Previously cards would recieve a small discount when there was a technical or equipment issue that affected a card. This policy seems to have changed. I would like Totem to considr reinstating this policy. Firstly it would incentivise their staf to pay closer attention to quality and quality assurance. And secondly it would show us loyal members that they appriciate us and understand that our resources are limited and that they value our continued support. I don't think we shoud be expeted to pay full price for products that Totem themselves admit is not up to their usual high standards. A one off would be ok, even two or three would be okay. But not so many. There must be Ten recent and upcoming crds with "issues."
The company has explained the reason, a list of impacted shows was included in those threads and the individual cards have a note on the details page. If you have bought any of those cards and you are dissasatisfied, please contact Customer Services.
