Hello cdub87,
The 5411 is all the iStripper female cards plus the Special Event cards
I myself have 5410 cards total the only one i'm missing is a Special Event Card,
But I just won a Joker Card to trade for a Special Event Card

That is not quite correct. The withdrawn cards are not included in the 5411 total. A more correct statement is
The 5411 is all the iStripper female cards on sale at the end of the September (i.e. when the statistics were gathered) plus the Special Event cards available at that time.
It is the number of cards available to any member, including new members who will never be able to purchanse any of the withdrawn cards.

Thats not quite right. When used in the store that regex also displays the "coming soon" cards - as does "/regex ." (without the quotes). A total of 5444 cards are currently displayed for either of these regexes are used.

Notice, also, your inclusion of the words "for sale". The "coming soon" cards are not yet for sale, As I said the initial statement was not quite right.
(There is also the question as to whether of not the SECs are for sale or not - but at least they are available.)

Even after three years here, I still get ***** by the card count 😊
I own all the female cards that are available for purchase (including the SECs) but I will never appear in the Hall Of Fame list because I am a Moderator (we are excluded, dammit😆 ). Also because I am a QA tester I often have to-be-released cards for review that can add to the count.
But I can never find a count of my cards that matches the HOF tally and in fact in the three places where I can find my count, none of them match each other😵 .
In the App in My Collection it says I have 5460
Clicking on my avatar it says I have 5373
And looking at my profile it says I have 5467
And all these counts were taken on the day the HOF said 5411😳

In the App in My Collection it says I have 5700
Clicking on my avatar it says I have 5461
And looking at my profile it says I have 5709
in the Names.xml it lists 5670 cards
in the Store it says 5537
( I have the Male cards and they also show up in the store )
( that's why I use this filter to show only the Girls cards )
But on the day the HOF is picked, I can display, in the store, the exact count.
It is all of the girl cards in the store, Minus the Coming Soon Cards.
I select ALL using ctrl-A, which selects ALL of the cards in the store.
then while Holding the CTRL key down, I un-select the Coming Soon Cards
And then that Leaves Only the cards that count for the HOF selected.
Which, Today is, 5412 cards.
on the 30th it was 5411 cards.
