I read somewhere in a promo that there was some type of "say your name" option. And it also read something like: "You are no longer just a number." Anyone know what this is?

Hi @SweetKisser - you have already done it - this was when you gave yourself the pseudo SweetKisser to use instead of your login number..

Apparently I am no longer a number - I am a free man. Don't know what the achievement is - it still says "Coming Soon". The achievement is probably sucker of the month - 450 credits (net) for a Joker...
Which I find somewhat amusing as I am a Number.

True .. but only @Number6 ... WHO is Number1 ???

To quote an answer, of sorts, from the show itself - "You are ... Number 6". That little pause makes it all a little ambiguous - and that ambiguity extends to what our @Number6 is saying by choosing that name.

"But where is the ambiguity? It's over there in a box ... the reality is illusion and the ambiguity is the only truth. But is the truth, as Hitchcock observes, in the box? No there isn't room, the ambiguity has put on weight." - Monty Python (Art Criticism)

"It's all very *****" Spike Milligan (at the end of a particularly odd Goon Show).

My sense of who is Number1 on "The Prisoner" is that we are not trying to figure out who is at the top of a list.
The list orientation is part of the illusion that the operators of The Village are creating as a diversion.

The bicycle wheel symbol gives the actual orientation.
We need to be asking "Who is at the hub of the wheel?"
I think it becomes clear that everything happening at The Village is really about Number6.
Therefore the answer to who is at the hub has to be Number6.
