I just opened istripper and I have lost all 16 of my jokers and all my credits (4040).
2640 that I got on the bonus reload today. Hope this can be fixed soon. I know it is
the weekend will check back Monday to see if all is ok.

reward of XP progression meter reset to the SEC that I've already owned after I filled it up like 3 times, and no progress can ever be made by furthe purchasing since then.

I bought the 1320 credit reload but I won't play for the SEC's anymore. After spending 200 credits the last time and winning nothing I came to the realization they just ain't worth it!

I played scratch games, Juicy pink and Honey Pot.
I won two cards with Juicy pink and the same card again with Honey Pot.
Now I'm missing 10 credits.

I have also bought credits and not received lottery tickets.
I seem to remember reading on the forum last night one of the team posting that there is some sort of bug and we will not be receiving the lottery tickets until Monday when it is sorted out

Your Premium Membership gives you Priority customer service response.... And I still havent Got a reply regarding my credit system theft. And Im still waiting even though premiumcustomers should be served in accorda ce with the regulations in the first place. I AM asking the Staff to count my credits and give them back to me...

@henrylee7 - I am sorry you have been affected by the issues and can appreciate that you fell aggrieved that you have not received a response.

The team are working on the issues - @celine has requested that all people who lost credits should raise a ticket so that the investigation and response can be centralized. There are a lot of people affected (most of whom also have premium membership) and the small team at Totem can either devote their resource to fixing and correcting the issue - or respond to all the messages on the Forum.

If you haven't raised a ticket, please do so. If you have, please be patient. And please be careful with your words as accusing the team of "theft" does not help anyone.

I have spoken this morning with @celine and the team are taking all appropriate actions to fix the issues and resolve the unfortunate impacts on quite a few of you (and me also, by the way).

She requests two things (among many others)

First - for the allocation of lottery tickets from the purchase of credits - please be patient - it will be sorted out ASAP.

Secondly - for all those impacted by the rogue credit allocation (and subsequent removal of rogue and sometimes genuine credits) please raise a ticket to Customer Support to allow centralisation of the corrective action and to ensure you are not missed. If you haven't raised a ticket before - in the App go to the "i" symbol (top right corner) then click on Customer Support and then "New Ticket". Via the website , please click on Support and then "Contact Us".

This message will be posted across all threads pertaining to Black Friday.

The cards that can be won during the Black Friday offer must have been published 30 days or more in advance.

But it seems to me that the cards have to be published more than 45 days in advance.

Just like you, I haven't got my lottery tickets and also I haven't received my lost credits. But we're a large group of members. It takes some time to solve all issues. I have confidence all issues will be fixed soon.

Hi @Vortim - it is taking time as there have been a lot of tickets raised. I too am still awaiting the allocation of my lottery tickets from the reload bonus but I recognise that there are more important issues to be resolved such as the people who had credits removed in error.

Yes and it is the most urgent matter for the service to take care of those people who have lost several thousand credits... Because at the moment everyone will be afraid to play any other gamę in the ***** before the nexr loss of credits So I think that no one wise after the demage will play 27...

I understand bugs may happen here and there. But why so many at the same time? Did Totem really conducted the proper QA these promotions as a whole before launching? It seems to me they didn't. This is not a proper way to build trust in your customers. Just my two cents
