In less than 13 days Year 2 will kick off. How many users thought it was worth it and how many will not be coming back for more? Also team will there be a renew bonus? I pretty sure I will be coming for more.

As for me, I do not use the 4K resolution (just having regular Full HD monitor) but the additional discount on both shows and VR is enough to subscribe for one more year.

As a full collection owner it pays for itself. I know we are a vast minority on here but for those of us it's a no brainer.

Premium offers nothing of value, I only have a 2k display, Im a collector . but unless I want a particular card, wait 30 days and get them on flash sale with 20% off at no additional cost. I also have a VR headset but the VR shows are massively over priced approximatly £3-£4 per video clip. Premium needs to offer much more, perhaps if they offered a Joker card each month so that limited cards are easy to obtain for collectors I might be tempted.

Do not dream, a joker / year would already be a great bonus 😂😂

I am happy of my Premium membership.
Anyway, as some others, I think too that a Joker pro year of subscription would be a great boost to sales, and highly appreciated.

I would say the value is questionable, but I’ll sign up anyway. Getting about 8% savings over a year after the membership has been paid.

I would love to see a way to get SECs without the gambling element, such as being a Premium Member and buying all cards in a month gets you a Joker as a bonus.

That’s a much fairer, more predictable way to fill your collection.

Guys, if you haven't cancelled your Premium, it will rebill automatically 365 days after you initially subscribed, no need to subscribe again :)

@celine - I cannot remember how I paid the first time and I'm worried that payment card may have expired?

Is there any way Customer Services can tell me so I can check?

What @imhorny5555 is exactly what I think. I'd like to add that it is important for Totem to keep the price the same. Ultimately, the cost of PM must be significantly less than the cost of buying the cards full price.

This is a fantastic idea and should immediately be implemented!

@celine Same issue with payment here. PM?

I will resubscribe but I agree that adding a Joker would be a good incentive. Last year they offered an extra incentive, not sure if a Joker a few bonus credits, but not for the early adopters so we missed on that.

All my cards have renewed already this year. How can I renew my Premium.
Will they send me a notice that my card has expired?

@celine, while you are answering the question from @anigmarvo can you tell us how to determine what day we purchased Premium? I know it was around 365 days ago, but I would also like to know how to determine exactly what day it will hit my checking account (I don't even remember how I paid for it last time.) I checked my account, and settings, but there doesn't seem to be an easy way to check. If I were able to determine when the charge hits my account, hopefully there is a way to pay for it in advance if necessary.

Click on your own username on top left of interface.
On your profile you'll then see a STATISTICS section under your avatar.
Click on the (i) close to "Premium".
A popup will open, telling you some infos about your Premium membership - among which the date of subscription.

Thank you for the update @cdub87. I think you meant you got nothing new. I really was hoping they were going to add a joker to the offering for renewals. I'm glad the price stayed the same.

The Joker Offer was for 1st time Signups during the Initial 10 day Introduction.
There is no sign up bonus for renewals ( why would there be, you already got your Sign up bonus)

For 1st time Signups they no longer receive a joker card, but instead a credit Bonus.

So everyone, who already has Premium,
has already received a Signup Bonus.

there is no bonus for renewal.

@Wyldanimal, the reason to include the same bonus (credits or joker) for renewals is to not appear to give newbies a bonus that established customers don't get. Some will try to game this system by cancelling their premium on the last day, then registering again. Not sure if that will work, but it would be worth the try. Nothing to lose. We do that with cell phone companies in the states ALL of the time to get the newbie benefits.

With a joker bonus by year, it's an instant purchase for some of us who don't need other feature (4k or VR).
So that would meen, some of us may pay $60 just for a card? We are crasy 😵

Hope they didn't add this bonus (never...) to not succumbing.

I am waiting for my Premium status to expire before resubscribing. It cannot renew automatically my credit card expired in the meantime. I do not know how long the system will take to cleanup my status... It should have been yesterday.

They really should have given a token rebill discount because they are going to have a bunch of people unsubscribe...even a free joker card would save them so much money on rebills. To me it is worth it but I have to be careful with so many large expenses on the credit card coming from "totem". A $60 charge is a big expense for me and is equal to 4 months worth of cards. To be honest I would just prefer they charge an extra 25% for 4k and we could decide which cards we want in 4k and which ones we prefer in 3k. That would keep the large charges to a minimum. Something an expensive porn site needs to keep in mind unless they determine to rely solely on single men, who have individual bank accounts.
