Can anyone explain to me what mathematical logic is behind the 'Featured' section on the forum's homepage, which I find very useless? It has never made any sense to me, especially the selection and its order over time. 😐

It's kind of the same as with the 'Popular' package when buying credits. It's always the penultimate, not the cheapest...very popular (for the company). 💰

I think those are simply the most active topics recently with the highest amount of answers. I agree it's mostly a useless feature, though.

That would make sense, but you can see that this is not the case, because then there would have to be completely different topics. It's just a useless list. 😖

The Featured section on the front page of the forums seems to be (at least at the moment) a list of threads that correspond to a selection of the most recent announcements made on the Featured/News tab of the app. I do find them useful, though only as a ***** convenience. Whether they are seleceted automatically by an algorithm or manualy by one of the team I do not know.

Again, look at my screenshot in the first post, it's from yesterday. It doesn't make any sense. Never did. 😎

I think the featured section is a list of threads specifically designed to piss off the user. It is a way for totem to anger up your ***** so you will add more to the boards!!!

That is just me...

The same articles posted by the team on the front login page. One left from Girls Store. Even tab has the same name "featured"
