The main issue with the slot machine is the waste of credits, same as for the scratch game. I'm sure people wouldn't ***** and would probably spend more if everyone got something out of it.
Credit wins are too low: altogether since Totem featured the slot machine I got 3 stars maybe 5 or 6 times, never got 4 stars. Compared to thousands of credits I poured into it, that's nothing. Let's say, instead of that, you could win slightly more (for 1 credit spin, 1 star = 2 credits; 2 stars = 10 credits; 3 stars = 100 credits; etc.) players would win more, therefore gamble more and/or buy more cards. That's a win-win.
There are many other ways to make this game fun:

• let players choose 4 cards they win
• pick 4 cards from their wishlists
• let us buy 1 or 2 of the cards discounted

Instead of that, I put about 40 credits into this one, played a bit of every spin, got a "J" letter, 1 star 2 or 3 times. That means I would probably get a Joker card for 200 credits on average. Let's say I got 3 cards I wanted after gambling 40 credits, I'd be happy to continue playing to try to get the Joker card.

in .242, the credits in the Slot Screen, only update once every 5 to 10 spins... but your Profile Credits do update correctly.
The server side is Accurate, only the Display window on the Slot Machine isn't updated.

Okay, so this is one of those "I should have stopped while I was ahead" stories. It took me "only" 263 credits to get my first Joker. The second one took me 655! I was sort of hoping that the system is rigged to allow a Joker every 200 - 300 credits. Nope. 655 credits!!! Obviously, I'm not going to try for a third and I don't suggest anyone aim for a Joker if you aren't ready to spend 40 - 60 dollars (or Euros) for it. I did get one Free card spin, but since I have all of the cards, I didn't get anything for those. I used all 5 credit pulls. Earlier, for my first Joker, I used mainly 1 card spins. I'm not saying that makes a difference, the moderator has indicated that 5 credit pulls get 5 times the chance, but that just wasn't my experience.

Suggestion for improvement: 1 star should get 2 credits. Just wining enough for the pull isn't really winning anything at all. I have spent 918 credits and only hit 3 stars once and never 4 stars.

And yet it is a gamble. You may win sometimes, the bank always wins.

@2scompanyinjax thank you for the update. The same I would have thought that it was a "gentle" slot machine game of course to push us to spend but not to ruin us since Totem is not supposed to be affiliate of a Casino or an online gambling company... but it seems clearly things are evolving.

So they will have soon to display those disclaimers for gambling addiction and so on to comply with the law of each country.

@Tavin - it sounds like you have enjoyed yourself and have benefited. Just think - you are immune to any silly games with SEC's stuck behind them for quite a while - and you've got a good stockpile of new girls to enjoy.

How many Jokers did you get in the end?

I started with 1 Joker in the collection........
Got 3 Jokers playing on Friday
Got 6 Jokers playing on Sunday

The difference is on Friday I played using version 1.2.2.42, then I took @Wyldanimal advice & played on Sunday with version 1.2.2.46 Not saying the results were because of the switch. but the machine performed much better on the Beta. I would strongly suggest that everybody that plays the slot machine play with version 1.2.2.46.

@gkar45 @pickle1 @JayZ971 - Don't worry, as I wrote before, I'm just playing around, as I want to have the whole collection as a collector in the long run, and the slot machine with the 50%/70%/free discounts is quite good for collecting, the chance to win and the jokers are just incidental, not played enough for a joker (got 3 letters), bought 32 cards at 40 spins and spent 270cr so far...
...my basic opinion about the SEC's and gambling hasn't changed by far.😉

Don't know what the achievement is - it still says "Coming Soon".

The achievement is probably sucker of the month - 450 credits (net) for a Joker Card.

Um, not sure, but it only appeared after purchased 2 cards (and no joker until then) were added to my collection?! Probably has nothing to do with the slot machine, I don't know...
...but obviously I'm a free man (or 'Comming Soon' Punch) now, just like you @Number6 ...😆

Didn't know this was actually an issue till I read up on it wondering where my card was that I spent credits on an I just never got anything at all... so what is being done to fix this now that this slot machine is gone?
