It's release date is shown as 6/28/2019, so it probably goes with whatever TGIF thing is happening tomorrow. If you haven't seen previous special event cards, you usually win them by being extremely lucky after probably spending a lot of credits, with no guarantees. Enjoy!

Actually, you could obtain 4 of the 5 special event cards when they were initially released without any luck at all:

• Niemira - 'Tis The Season: Reward for purchasing the Advent Calendar in 2017.
• Alyssia Kent - Splurging: Reward for collecting 10 stars through Black Friday 2018 promotions.
• Olivia Sin - Happy New Year: Reward for purchasing the Advent Calendar in 2018.
• Josephine Jackson - Tartan Cutie: Reward for pre-purchasing all cards to be released in April 2019.

Since their initial release, all of these cards have also been available through certain "game of chance" TGIF promotions like scratch cards. Ginebra Bellucci's Flash Flood card was released a part of a scratch card promotion in March 2019, so that one has always required some degree of luck to obtain. I'm curious what type of promotion we'll see tomorrow for The Black Fox card. (If I had to guess, it will be a reward for pre-purchasing all cards to be released in July at a 20% discount.)

Cos if it is placed in a game tht requires buying cards and spending credits to progress, then that means we can't get it without spending extortionate rate of credits and get nothing along the way through the game... just to get 1 card.

Here's hoping it is purchasable after a week or that the event is surprisingly different then some previous games.

Maybe a new "buy all of the cards of next month" deai is coming up? And I'd be up for that.

I stand corrected... a preorder deal for the month with the extra card as a bonus, nice. already done. at least I wont feel like Im missing out :D
