Can you disable the Preview clips for shows you've purchased?

I know that you can disable the clips manually card by card. I already have Levels of Eroticism excluding No Nudity and Topless but the preview clips appear anyway. Is there a new setting to use?

In 'settings' under 'clips' uncheck 'keep playing previews of purchased cards'.

I believe that will solve your issue.
