On the Mac there is no audio at all, but on the Windows version with the same cards there is audio even with the same options set.

I just updated the software yesterday for both operating systems.

The last time I played an XXX card on my Mac there was sound. Can you give an example? Card number and what you expected? I'm using OSX 10.12.5 on a Mac Pro.

Every card, using OS X Sierra (10.12.5) on a MacBook Air. The cards with audio playing on Windows XP have no sound on the Mac.

I think I can confirm your problem. I'm running iStripper on both a 2013 Mac Pro and a 15" 2016 MacBook Pro. I'm running iStripper 1.2.179 on both using OSX 10.12.5. I've played cards f0106 (Lucy Li) and f0105 (Lucy Li & Izzy). Sound is fine on the Mac Pro. I can't get any sound on the MacBook Pro. I've check the sound settings on iStripper. I've tested the MacBook and it plays sounds from other sources. I've restarted iStripper twice and rebooted the MacBook twice. I still can' correct this problem. It would seem that the problem is not with all Mac's just some (all?) of the laptops.

Anyone else out there with a Mac laptop who can confirm or contradict this problem?

@Totem, I think you have a problem that needs fixing ASAP.

I've just found and fixed my MacBook problem. The sound icon was OFF! Turned it on and I could hear the models talk.

@Totem I don't think I have ever turned sound off in iStripper on my MacBook. If it defaults to off, that is not good.

I confirm, on my MacBook Pro 2012 with OSX 10.12.4 and iStripper 1.2.179 the sound is ON by default and I can hear perfectly the voice of the girls.

I guess I accidentally clicked it off. I'm waiting to hear from @LadyDeath if this was the cause of his problem.

I run iStripper on a MacBook Pro. On a few rare occasions, Ive found the speaker turned off within the iStripper application. Check the speaker icon which is on the far left of the group of icons in the top right of the window. If it has a slash through it, click it. Is the attached screen capture.

Rats! I can't find the image upload icon on the message editor. I'm using Safari and I suspect the website does not fully support Safari.

Try to ***** your image and drop it here, into text editor.

Re: Editing images.

***** and dropping an image into the editor in Safari results is the Safari window showing the image on a white background with no controls and no apparent way to do anything more. Yesterday, when I checked FireFox showed a paste image icon on the bottom of the message box to the right of the smiley face icon. Today, that was gone and ***** and dropping resulted in a black window containing the icon and no controls.

Very strange. I've never had a problem pasting images before.

@hotlegsinspector

You're right, Macs cost more for the same level of computational power. On the other hand, I prefer OSX to Windows. I've been using Macs since 1985 and I'm very happy with that decision. In 1985 the Mac's 68000 chip was far superior to the Intel chips in PC's. To this day Apple's customer support is far superior to what's available for Windows computers. For me this is worth the extra cost of the hardware.
