I lost all my cards after I repartitioned my hard drive. I still have my user name and password though. How can I retrieve my cards?

@timp1711 Hi,Check the filters menus in 'My Collection' and the Girl Store. Everything has to be selected in the drop down menus
Please go to the settings , click on 'Register again' login with your account details again. Click on 'Rebuild Collection'

what the hell is up with all my cards being hidden? I tried all your suggestions above and I cannot get them to show...really frustrating software glitch.

@shesaboy Hi,Have you typed in something in the search box in 'My Collection' ? If so, please clear it. Check the filters menus in 'My Collection' and the Girl Store again. Everything has to be selected in the drop down menus.Please go to the settings , click on 'Register again' login with your account details again. Click on 'Rebuild Collection'
