I am not sure what the second number actually means, so like 5.5 - Is that 5 ft and 5 inches or is it 5 ft and .5 ft so 6 inches? I would just like to make sense of it :p

My system is localised to metric so I changed it to US. to check. Lexi Belle stats are 5' 2" (rounded up) and 126 lbs (1.57 m 57 kg).
