Please read More Photosets by Julinho,(by Starryk),and read my post in there....
And please give the photographers a break,
Working to deadlines,
under pressure,
direction to be given,
camera equipment to sort,
lighting to get right,
editing the photoshoot when finished.....ITS NOT AS EASY AS YOU THINK!!!!!!
Respect to the photographers!!
No disrespect meant to other members,as we are all entitled to our opinions.

I started my post in the aforementioned thread by expressing my appreciation of the difficulty involved in translating the tastes of everyone !...
However, given that members are encouraged to express opinions and offer ideas, then it would be absurd to just let every Team Member get on with whatever they're doing without comment !...
Indeed, it's only by getting such comments that any improvement, if needed, can be made !
No-one on the Team was threatened with any kind of retribution that I'm aware of.....merely that they take on board members' suggestions !
So, help them out with some experienced professional tips !...:)
Like cleaning the floor and getting rid of that damned mat/rug/floorcovering in the photosets !...
