failed to download. can anyone help me out here? it came up as error but wont let me try to redownload it

@darkNIght, first you can try this. Go to advanced settings and click on Check for News. See if this helps.
Or you can click on the symbol for the card and delete models animation files, then go to your profile online click on edit your profile and change the datacentre to EU and try and download from there. It may take longer to download but it may help. But remember to return the datacentre to US after if you try this.
